Shipping and Returns
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that once parcels have been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact the shipping company listed in your email for further details on your package during transit.
NOTE: We do not ship to PO BOX or Parcel Locker addresses.
International customers (outside of NL) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise on the amount of these potential fees, as every country charges according to their own laws. For more information on taxes and fees, we recommend you contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for a full list of charges and rates on packages shipped from outside of your country.

However, the safety of your order is out of our control once items leave the store; therefore, items may be damaged during transit.
